HAILIANG: Cash dividends and share repurchases of nearly 600 million yuan in 2024

HAILIANG announced the "2024 Annual Profit Distribution Plan and 2025 Mid-term Dividend Plan." The plan shows that the company intends to distribute RMB 1.80 for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with an expected cash dividend of RMB 345 million for the 2024 fiscal year. The mid-term dividend for 2025 will be implemented under the premise of ensuring the company's normal operations and long-term development.
