On the evening of April 27th, S-king announced that the company intends to acquire 16.92% of the equity held by minority shareholder Zhou Erqing of its controlling subsidiary Shenzhen Xianma Technology Co., Ltd. for 47.376 million yuan. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will hold 80.92% of the equity in Xianma Technology
