Kewell Technology announced on the evening of April 27 that the company's directors Jiang Jiaping, Ren Yi, Tai Kun, supervisor Xia Yaping, and senior management and core technical personnel Tang Deping and Ye Jiangde plan to reduce their directly held shares in the company within three months after 15 trading days, depending on market conditions, through methods such as inquiry transfer, centralized bidding, or block trading, with a total reduction not exceeding 2.7 million shares, accounting for no more than 3.21% of the company's total share capital
