Kangxin New Materials announced on the evening of April 27 that in order to optimize resource allocation, focus on core business, and reduce company losses, its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Kangxin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. intends to publicly transfer 60% of its equity in Hubei Tianxin Wood Structure Housing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. through the Wuxi Property Rights Exchange Center. If this public transfer of the controlling subsidiary's equity transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Tianxin
