# Wisesoft will be subject to delisting risk warning and will be suspended for one day on April 28

According to the announcement from Wisesoft (002253.SZ), based on the company's 2024 annual report, the audited total profit, net profit, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses for the fiscal year 2024 are all negative, and the operating revenue after deducting income unrelated to the main business and income lacking commercial substance is 165 million yuan. The company's financial indicators for the fiscal year 2024 trigger the provisions of Article 9.3.1, Item (1), which states that "the lowest of the audited total profit, net profit, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses for the most recent accounting year is negative, and the deducted operating revenue is less than 300 million yuan." As a result, the company's stock trading will be subject to delisting risk warnings by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The company's stock will be suspended for one day starting from April 28, 2025, and will resume trading on April 29, 2025. From April 29, 2025, the company's stock will be subject to "delisting risk warnings," and the stock abbreviation will change from "Wisesoft" to "\*ST Wisesoft."
