The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to be 130 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.37%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2.45 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, and simultaneously increase the capital reserve by converting 3 shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders, without issuing bonus shares
