The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to be 124 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 48.51%. The basic earnings per share is expected to be 0.04 yuan/share, a year-on-year decrease of 50.00%. The 29th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors and the 16th meeting of the 11th Supervisory Board have reviewed and approved that no cash dividends, no bonus shares, and no capital reserve fund conversion to increase share capital will be distributed for the year 2024
