ZBOM announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is 5.258 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 14.04%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is 385 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 35.23%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 6 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total number of shares after deducting the number of shares in the company's share repurchase account from the total share capital on the equity distribution registration date, and will not increase the share capital from capital reserves in 2024
