MENON: Shareholder Li Da plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares
MENON announced that shareholder Li Da plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 4.2235 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement. As of the announcement date, Li Da holds 3.64% of the company's shares. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the reduction price will not be lower than the company's issue price
