According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kengic (688455.SH) announced that as of April 30, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 10.8896 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding, accounting for 6.02% of the company's total share capital of 180,849,167 shares. The highest transaction price for the repurchase was RMB 12.10 per share, the lowest price was RMB 9.64 per share, and the total amount paid was RMB 122 million (excluding stamp duty, transaction commissions, and other transaction costs)
