Huada Technology announced that the company has been designated for projects by domestic automobile manufacturers and new energy battery companies to provide various automotive parts products. The body parts project designation involves 33 projects from 16 clients, with an expected sales amount of 3.2 billion yuan, of which new energy vehicle projects account for 2.6 billion yuan, with mass production expected in the second quarter of 2025. The battery box pallet and other project designations involve 9 projects from 5 clients, with an expected sales amount of 3.15 billion yuan, with mass production expected in the first quarter of 2025
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huada Technology (603358.SH) announced that the company is vigorously expanding its customer resources in the automotive market, continuously improving and optimizing its customer structure and product structure. Recently, it has secured project designations from domestic automotive manufacturing enterprises and new energy battery companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "customers") to provide various automotive component products.
Body component project designations: The company has obtained 33 project designations from 16 domestic customers (mainly joint venture brands and domestic independent brand manufacturers, names cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality requirements) to develop, design, and produce side assembly, wheel cover assembly, longitudinal beams, and other body component products. Among them, 2 new customers have been developed. According to customer plans, the expected lifecycle of the above projects is 1.5-9 years, with a total expected sales amount of RMB 3.2 billion. Among these, there are 24 projects related to new energy vehicles, with an expected sales amount of RMB 2.6 billion. Mass production for the above designated projects is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2025.
Battery box pallet and other project designations: The company's holding subsidiary, Jiangsu Hengyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., has obtained 9 project designations from 5 customers (mainly leading domestic new energy battery manufacturers, names cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality requirements) to develop, design, and produce new energy vehicle battery box pallets, motor shafts, energy storage pallets, and other products, with end customers being well-known domestic new energy vehicle manufacturers and energy storage production companies, including 1 newly developed customer. According to customer plans, the expected lifecycle of the above projects is 2-3 years, with a total expected sales amount of RMB 3.15 billion. Mass production for the above designated projects is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2025
