# Chairman of TPC Qin Kejing retires and resigns

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tianjin Prin (002134.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Qin Kejing, the chairman of the company. Due to Mr. Qin Kejing reaching the statutory retirement age, he has applied to resign from the positions of chairman, director, member of the board's strategic committee, and member of the board's compensation and assessment committee. After his resignation, Mr. Qin Kejing will no longer hold any position in the company.

The company's board of directors has agreed to nominate Ms. Lu Zhihong as a candidate for a non-independent director of the company's seventh board of directors, with a term consistent with that of the seventh board of directors, effective from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting
