Junxin's wholly-owned subsidiary signed a framework agreement with the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Issyk-Kul Region

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Junxin Co., Ltd. (301109.SZ) announced that the framework agreement for the Issyk-Kul garbage technology disposal project (in the cities of Karakol and Balykchy) signed between the plenipotentiary representative office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Issyk-Kul Province and its wholly-owned subsidiary Junxin Environmental Protection (Kyrgyzstan) Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "framework agreement") is an intention agreement reached by both parties, and specific matters will need further negotiation and determination.

The garbage technology disposal project in the Issyk-Kul region (referred to as the "project" or "this project," with an expected waste processing scale of 2,000 tons per day) outlined in the framework agreement, if successfully implemented, will be another significant achievement in the company's overseas market expansion following the successful acquisition of the franchise rights for the garbage technology disposal power generation project in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic (planned waste processing scale of 3,000 tons/day) in 2024, and the successful signing of the framework agreement for the garbage technology disposal project in Osh, Kyrgyz Republic (waste processing scale of 2,000 tons/day) in 2025. This will help expand the company's overseas solid waste treatment and green energy business landscape, find new breakthroughs in a relatively saturated and competitive domestic market environment, provide new performance growth points for the company, and enhance its profitability and core competitiveness.

This project is the first garbage technology disposal project in the cities of Karakol and Balykchy in Issyk-Kul Province, Kyrgyz Republic. Its main components include a green power supply center (generating electricity through waste incineration), a green heating center (producing thermal energy using steam generated from waste incineration), and a green computing power center (supplying power to computing power equipment using green electricity and employing steam cooling technology to reduce energy consumption of auxiliary computing power equipment). If successfully implemented and put into operation, it will greatly improve the local living environment, provide green electricity, thermal energy, and computing power services to the local community, benefit society and the people, enhance the company's international influence, and lay a solid foundation for the company's next steps in expanding solid waste treatment and green energy business in Central Asia and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative
