# IMDTECL plans asset restructuring, trading suspended from May 6

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, IMDTECL (002128.SZ) announced that the actual controller, State Power Investment Corporation (referred to as "State Power Investment Group"), has issued a notice regarding the planning of issuing shares and paying cash to purchase assets and raise supporting funds, as well as related party transactions. It intends to conduct an asset restructuring with IMDTECL using the equity of Inner Mongolia Baiyin Hwa Coal Power Co., Ltd. under State Power Investment Group. The target asset for this transaction is 100% equity of Inner Mongolia Baiyin Hwa Coal Power Co., Ltd. under State Power Investment Group.

IMDTECL plans to purchase the above-mentioned target assets through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and will raise supporting funds depending on the specific situation. The relevant plan is still subject to further discussion and determination. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from May 6, 2025 (Tuesday), with the suspension period not exceeding 10 trading days from May 6, 2025
