Trans Tech: Signed a major contract worth 283 million yuan
Trans Tech announced that its controlling subsidiary, Nanjing Gandong Technology Co., Ltd., in conjunction with Hunan Expressway Information Technology Co., Ltd., has signed the "Contract for the Public Service Project of Digital Transformation and Upgrade of Traffic Infrastructure in Hunan Province SZH1 Section" with Hunan Provincial Expressway Group Co., Ltd. The contract amount is tentatively set at 283 million yuan, with a system construction period of 730 calendar days, and a subsequent maintenance service period of 1,095 calendar days starting from the date of acceptance. The performance of the contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial condition and operating results for the year 2025 and future years
