# Guangbo's director Ren Hangzhong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.97% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Guangbo (002103.SZ) has announced that Mr. Ren Hangzhong, a shareholder holding 54.9916 million shares of the company (accounting for 10.29% of the company's current total share capital, and 10.43% of the total share capital excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account), plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 10.5422 million shares (accounting for 1.97% of the company's current total share capital, and 2% of the total share capital excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account) through block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure
