According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UFA (301112.SZ) announced that the company is planning to acquire assets through the issuance of shares, convertible bonds, and cash payments. Upon the company's application, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from May 6, 2025 (Tuesday) at the market opening
