# One of the actual controllers of Jianan Electronics and its concerted action parties plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding by no more than 1.9419 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jianan Electronics (300880.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice regarding the share reduction plan submitted by one of the actual controllers' concerted actors, Ningbo Dingyao Enterprise Management Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "Dingyao Partnership"), as well as by other concerted actors Zhou Xiaoling, Zhou Yuafen, Zhou Senyue, and He Lirong. The aforementioned concerted actors plan to reduce their shareholdings by no more than 1.9419 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 0.9951% of the total shares of the company. Additionally, they plan to reduce their shareholdings by no more than 540,000 shares through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 0.2767% of the total shares of the company
