# NTG: Plans to repurchase shares for 30 million to 60 million yuan

NTG announced that the company plans to repurchase part of its issued ordinary shares of RMB through its own funds and special loans for stock repurchase via centralized bidding. The repurchase price will not exceed 35 RMB per share, with a total repurchase amount of no less than 30 million RMB and no more than 60 million RMB. Based on the lower limit of the repurchase amount of 30 million RMB and the upper limit of the repurchase price of 35 RMB per share, the estimated number of shares to be repurchased is approximately 857,100 shares, accounting for about 0.75% of the company's current total share capital; based on the upper limit of the repurchase amount of 60 million RMB and the upper limit of the repurchase price of 35 RMB per share, the estimated number of shares to be repurchased is approximately 1,714,300 shares, accounting for about 1.50% of the company's current total share capital. The repurchased shares will be used for implementing employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive plans
