SUNYARD announced that the actual controller Mr. Guo Huaqiang and the controlling shareholder Electronics Company plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date. Mr. Guo Huaqiang intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.27 million shares, accounting for 0.2723% of the company's total share capital; Electronics Company intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 2 million shares, accounting for 0.4289% of the company's total share capital. This reduction is due to funding needs and will not lead to a change in the company's control, and the reduction plan complies with relevant laws and regulations
