The total amount of funds for this repurchase will not be less than 60 million yuan and not exceed 80 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 13.5 yuan per share. It is expected that the number of repurchased shares will be approximately 4.4444 million to 5.9259 million shares, accounting for 0.60% to 0.80% of the company's total share capital. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors
