HUATU CENDES announced that the company plans to repurchase shares worth between 225 million yuan and 450 million yuan, with the funding sourced from its own funds or self-raised funds. The repurchase price will not exceed 127.91 yuan per share. The shares repurchased will be used for implementing equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves this repurchase plan
