According to the announcement from Dongfang Shenghong (000301.SZ), the company received a notice on May 7, 2025, from the joint parties involved in this increase in holdings (the company's controlling shareholder Shenghong Technology and its concerted actors) regarding the progress of the total increase in shares of the listed company. From February 27, 2025, to May 7, 2025, the parties involved in this increase acquired a total of 66.1122 million shares of the company through centralized bidding on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital
