According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CRHIC (600528.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, China Railway Group Limited (referred to as: China Railway), plans to increase its shareholding in the company through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding within 12 months from the date of this announcement. The lower limit of the investment is no less than RMB 160 million (inclusive), and the upper limit does not exceed RMB 300 million (inclusive), with the number of shares to be increased not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital
