# Zhiyuan New Energy plans to repurchase 1.5 million to 3 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhiyuan New Energy (300985.SZ) has disclosed a share repurchase plan. The number of shares to be repurchased will not be less than 1.5 million shares (inclusive) and not more than 3 million shares (inclusive), accounting for approximately 0.8042% to 1.6085% of the company's current total share capital. The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 22.00 per share (inclusive), and the repurchased shares will be used for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans.

Currently, the company has obtained a "Repurchase Loan Commitment Letter" issued by the Jilin Province Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited. The Jilin Province Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has committed to providing special loan support for the repurchase of company shares, with a maximum special loan amount not exceeding RMB 50 million and not exceeding 90% of the actual amount used for this repurchase. The loan term will not exceed 18 months. Specific loan matters will be subject to the loan contract signed by both parties
