# CIGU TECHNOLOGY: Xu Longxiang's shareholding ratio has decreased to 6.7318%

CIGU TECHNOLOGY announced that shareholder Mr. Xu Longxiang will reduce his holdings by 696,500 shares through centralized bidding from October 11, 2024, to May 8, 2025, accounting for 1.0144% of the company's total share capital. At the same time, due to the increase in the total number of company shares, his shareholding ratio will be passively diluted by 0.0423%. After the change, Mr. Xu Longxiang's shareholding will decrease to 4.8235 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 6.7318%. This equity change is part of the disclosed share reduction plan and passive dilution, does not trigger a tender offer, and will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
