# Etmade's controlling shareholder and actual controller terminate the agreement to transfer part of the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Etmade (300812.SZ) announced that the company received notifications from its controlling shareholders and actual controllers, Mr. Gao Junpeng, Mr. Chai Minghua, and Mr. Hu Jinglin, informing that the three shareholders have reached a consensus with Ms. Zhang Jianfei regarding the termination of the agreement to transfer part of the company's shares, and have signed the "Share Transfer Termination Agreement."
