# RAYITEK: Guotou High-Tech plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of its shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RAYITEK (688323.SH) announced that Guotou Gaoke plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.8 million shares (not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding. This reduction plan will be implemented within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
