According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CONTEC (300869.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Hu Kun, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by a total of no more than 12 million shares (i.e., no more than 2.99% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement
