# Two executives of VISHEE plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 41,800 shares

According to the announcement from VISHEE (688580.SH), Ms. Chen Lili, the director, deputy general manager, and chief financial officer, plans to reduce her shareholding in the company by no more than 7,656 shares, which does not exceed 0.0080% of the total shares of the company, based on market conditions through centralized bidding trading. Mr. Qiu Kai, a core technical staff member and deputy general manager, plans to reduce his shareholding in the company by no more than 34,125 shares, which does not exceed 0.0356% of the total shares of the company, based on market conditions through centralized bidding trading. This reduction plan will be carried out within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (excluding the period prohibited for reduction as per the regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange)
