JIANGYIN ELECTRICAL ALLOY announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Jiangyin Qiuwai Management Consulting Partnership, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2,108,800 shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for 0.63% of the company's total share capital
