# Two executives of CCRMM plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 795,500 shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Changjiang Materials (001296.SZ) announced that Mr. Zhou Lifeng, the Vice President and Secretary of the Board, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 45,500 shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which accounts for no more than 0.0311% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account.

Mr. Xiong Zhuang, the Vice President, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 750,000 shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which accounts for no more than 0.5130% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account
