# SED's private placement application has been approved for registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SED (000032.SZ) announced that the company recently received the "Approval for Shenzhen Sanda Industrial Co., Ltd. to Issue Stocks to Specific Objects" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) (Zheng Jian Xu Ke \[2025\] No. 991). The main contents of the approval are as follows:

1.  The application for your company's stock issuance to specific objects is approved.
2.  Your company must strictly implement this issuance according to the declaration documents and issuance plan submitted to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
3.  This approval is valid for 12 months from the date of registration approval.
4.  From the date of registration approval until the completion of this issuance, if your company experiences any significant events, it must promptly report to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and handle it according to relevant regulations
