According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SLAC (300382.SZ) announced that the company recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Yantai Lihua Power Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lihua Power") after equal negotiation, reaching a consensus on the cooperation regarding Lihua Power's 46 series large cylindrical batteries.

Lihua Power is mainly engaged in the research and manufacturing of energy storage series large cylindrical batteries with high rate performance, high energy density, long cycle life, and extreme safety. The company extends its research and production experience accumulated in the field of can production equipment to related fields such as intelligent production lines for new energy battery shells and industrial internet. Based on the unique DWI ultra-thin metal forming technology of can production equipment, it applies existing canning technology to the manufacturing of new energy vehicle battery shells, developing high-speed automated production methods for the 46 series large cylindrical battery shells.
