The project adopts a "minimum guaranteed income + excess sharing" cooperation model, with revenue consisting of parking fees from the parking lots and other value-added income. This project is the company's second large-scale government public rental housing parking lot digital operation project in Chongqing, obtained through a contracting method, leading the project construction and operation
