FLYING TECHNOLOGY announced that shareholders Xi Fang and Ding Yu plan to reduce their holdings in the company through block trades and centralized bidding within three months from the third trading day after the announcement date. Xi Fang holds 14.5994 million shares, accounting for 5% of the total shares of the company; he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 8.7597 million shares, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 3% of the total shares of the company. Ding Yu holds 9.0306 million shares, accounting for 3.09% of the total shares of the company; he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 8.7597 million shares, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 3% of the total shares of the company. The reason for the reduction is due to personal funding needs.
