# JQH: Dou Xiaoyue plans to reduce holdings of no more than 1.00% of the company's shares

JQH announced that Ms. Dou Xiaoyue, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 2.6936 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure of this reduction announcement, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account
