According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jidong Cement (000401.SZ) has released a draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant no more than 26.58 million shares of restricted stock to incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 1.00% of the total share capital at the time of the announcement of this incentive plan draft, with no reserved rights. The number of incentive recipients will not exceed 245, and the grant price is set at 3.41 yuan per share
