According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Fengzhushou (301382.SZ) stated that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Haixia Innovation Internet Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haixia Innovation"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.1825 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which is no more than 1% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account
