AmoyDx announced that its shareholder, Xiamen Keying Investment Partnership, completed its reduction plan, selling 3.9252 million shares through block trading from April 23, 2025, to May 13, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital. After the reduction, Xiamen Keying's shareholding ratio decreased to 4.06%
