# Some directors, supervisors, and senior executives of Hanyu Group plan to reduce their holdings in the company's shares

According to the announcement from Hanyu Group (300403.SZ), Mr. Zheng Likai, a director and deputy general manager holding 5.2767 million shares (accounting for 0.88% of the company's total share capital), plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 800,000 shares (accounting for 0.1327% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement;

Ms. Wen Hong, a supervisor holding 209,400 shares (accounting for 0.03% of the company's total share capital), plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 51,400 shares (accounting for 0.0085% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement;

Ms. Fang Li, a supervisor holding 75,200 shares (accounting for 0.01% of the company's total share capital), plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 18,800 shares (accounting for 0.0031% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
