# Shouxiangu: Has paid CNY 3.3 million for equity transfer

Shouxiangu announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Shouxiangu Health Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd., has made a one-time payment of 3.3 million yuan for the equity transfer as agreed. Hangzhou Shouxiangu Health Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd. has completed the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures. This equity acquisition has been completed, and Zhejiang Shouxiangu Pharmacy holds 100% of the equity of Hangzhou Shouxiangu Pharmacy, which has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and included in the company's consolidated financial statements
