# Anfu Technology: The holding subsidiary Yajin Technology Co., Ltd. has lifted the pledge

Anfu Technology announced that its holding subsidiary, Anfu Energy, has completed the release of all 26.25% of its pledged shares in Yajing Technology, which were pledged to the Agricultural Bank of China Lujiang Branch. The released pledged shares amount to 984 million shares, accounting for 51.47% of the shares held by Anfu Energy in Yajing Technology and 26.25% of Yajing Technology's total share capital. Anfu Energy has repaid a total of 960 million yuan in acquisition loans in advance. The release of the pledge is scheduled for May 14, 2025. After the release of the pledge, Anfu Energy will handle subsequent share re-pledging according to operational development needs, and the company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner
