The total investment amount for the "Jinzhou Production Base Phase III project" will be increased from 369 million yuan to 504 million yuan, of which the total amount of funds raised through a private placement is 62.8902 million yuan. This adjustment does not change the amount of funds raised through the private placement, does not involve changes in the project implementation entity, does not involve related party transactions, and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The above proposal still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval
