According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Guizhou Zhonghe Phosphate Mining Co., Ltd. was established, with Lu Rong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The business scope includes: sales of non-metallic minerals and products; mineral processing; sales of metallic ores; manufacturing of non-metallic mineral products; mining of non-coal mineral resources; exploration of mineral resources, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Guizhou Kaiyang Shuangyang Phosphate Mine Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Phosphate Co., Ltd., both under CNNC TD
