OPPLE Lighting: Controlling shareholder pledges 62.5 million shares

OPPLE Lighting announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Zhongshan OPPLE, holds 348 million shares of the company, accounting for 46.73% of the total share capital. After this pledge, Zhongshan OPPLE and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 168 million shares, accounting for 26.89% of their holdings in the company. The number of pledged shares is 62.5 million, with the pledge start date on May 15, 2025, and the pledge expiration date on May 12, 2028. The pledgee is Guojin Securities Co., Ltd., and the pledged financing funds will be used for the company's production and operation
