# PROLTO: Appointed Shi Shuai and Chen Xiaosan as the company's vice general managers

On May 16th, PROLTO announced that the eighth meeting of the sixth board of directors reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of Vice General Managers." It agreed to appoint Shi Shuai and Chen Xiaosan as vice general managers of the company, with their term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the sixth board of directors. After this board appointment, Shi Shuai will serve as the company's director, vice general manager, and chief financial officer; Chen Xiaosan will serve as the company's vice general manager
