Luoxin Pharmaceutical announced that the share transfer agreement signed with the shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares, namely DeYi Chengdu, DeYi XinHua, DeYi JianKang, and DeSheng JianKang, along with Kangqi Fund, has been terminated. The agreement originally planned to transfer shares accounting for 5% of the company's total share capital, but the transfer could not be completed due to the triggering of relevant provisions in Article 8.3 of the share transfer agreement. The termination will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations, and there is no situation that harms the interests of the company and minority investors
