# Some executives of FRKJ plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 974,200 shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, FRKJ (603327.SH) announced that due to personal funding needs, the company's director and general manager Hu Junqiang, along with executive vice president He Yi and financial director Xiao Xuedong, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 974,200 shares (accounting for 0.1268% of the total shares of the company) within three months after the 15 trading days following the announcement date (in compliance with relevant regulations such as not trading during the window period), and each will not exceed 25% of their respective total shareholdings
