Tuoxin Pharmaceutical announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Yang Xining's concerted actor Ivos reduced its holdings by a total of 1.3128 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from March 14 to May 15, 2025, accounting for 1.04% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, the combined shareholding ratio of Yang Xining and his concerted actor Ivos decreased from 29.84% to 28.80%
